Terms and Conditions for the $1000 Club/Organisation Promotion

Payment of the $1000 amount (Fee) is subject to the following conditions:

1. The recipient of the Fee must be a recognised registered club or organisation operating in South Australia with an ABN (Recipient).
   
   
2. The Recipient must refer a prospective customer (Client) to Hamra Homes or Inspired Living Homes (Builders).
   
   
3. The Client must enter into a building contract with either Hamra Homes or Inspired Living Homes before 31/7/10.
   
   
4. The Recipient must provide a tax invoice for the Fee to the Builder within 30 days of execution of the building contract.
   
   
5. The Fee will be paid within 30 days after slab pour for the Client’s building contract or receipt of money from the Client for the first progress claim, whichever is later.
   
   
6. No Fee will be payable in respect of any building contract that is terminated before the Fee becomes payable under condition 5 above.
   
   
7. The Builders may, in their discretion, pay the Fee to a club or organisation nominated by a Client where all conditions above have not been satisfied.
   
   
8. The Fee will only be paid until $100,000 in total has been given away or 31/7/10, whichever is earlier. No notification will be given if all Fees have been exhausted.
   
   
9. Does not apply in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
